1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this site and purchase products. You must create an account and provide accurate company and research-field information before checkout.

2. Research use only & FDA disclaimer

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, household use, or clinical application.

FDA disclaimer: These products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Orders & payment

Order acceptance is at our discretion. Prices and availability may change. Payment methods shown at checkout (including ACH/e-Check, crypto, Zelle, or invoice) are subject to verification. All ACH/e-Check payments will be made payable to Lucky Ducky Ventures LLC d/b/a Lucky Duckylab.

4. ACH debit authorization (web / e-Check)

Each time you place an ACH/e-Check order by clicking the “Place order” button, you authorize Lucky Duckylab / Lucky Ducky Ventures LLC to initiate a single ACH/electronic debit to your account in the amount of your order from the bank account information provided on the date of your order. You agree that ACH transactions you authorize comply with all applicable law. Payments made after 2:00 PM Eastern time will be applied as of the next business day. Once payment is authorized, there cannot be any changes or corrections. You should print or save a copy of this authorization for your records.

You also authorize Lucky Duckylab / Lucky Ducky Ventures LLC to initiate a one-time ACH/electronic debit and/or credit entry to your account for a micro amount (less than $1.00) in order to validate your bank account information, and to initiate an ACH credit to recover the amount of a micro deposit if needed. Once you click “Place order,” you cannot revoke this micro-entry authorization. Payments made after 2:00 PM Eastern time may receive account-validation micro entries the next business day.

5. Product & sale limitations

Products are research reagents for qualified laboratory and academic / commercial research use only. We do not sell products for human use, compounding for clinical administration, or any use that would promote health claims or consumption. You are solely responsible for lawful handling, storage, and use of purchased materials.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Ducky Ventures LLC is not liable for misuse of research materials or consequential damages arising from product use outside labeled research purposes. Aggregate liability arising from any order is limited to the purchase price of that order.

9. Complete agreement

Except as expressly provided in a particular legal notice on this site, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Lucky Duckylab with respect to use of this site and its content. By checking “I agree” and placing your order, you agree to all of these Terms and Conditions, including the ACH debit and micro-entry authorizations above, as well as our Shipping and Refunds policies.
